- Colour: the Hans Baer dry Riesling has a youthful robe of light green with pale yellow reflections and a silvery shimmer
- Scent aromas: it has youthful fresh notes, yet is lightly closed, but clearly characterised by fruit, with precise aromas of white peach, plum and notes of lime and fresh kiwi
