• STRAWBERRY, PEAR AND APPLE: Bright gold with pink highlights and a fine, sustained bead. Kentish-fruit aromas of apple, strawberry and pear lead to red-apple richness, ripe black and red berries, creamy depth and a fabulous hint of sweetness in the finish
• BALFOUR WINERY: Crafted by Balfour Winery on Hush Heath Estate in the Weald of Kent. Traditional-method sparkling, multi-site and hand-picked, with parcels pressed separately. Extra Dry style for a richer, rounded English fizz
