• BALFOUR WINERY: Produced by Balfour Winery on the 400-acre Hush Heath Estate in Kent, this non-vintage sparkling is crafted via the méthode traditionnelle using grapes from Wealden clay, greensand and chalk soils. Chardonnay dominates the blend, joined by Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and a small percentage of Pinot Gris
