Description

• FROM WASTE TO TASTE: Looking for a gift that stands out? Discarded Banana Peel Rum turns an icon of waste into an icon of taste, transforming discarded banana peels into an award‑winning premium rum that makes the perfect gift for any occasion.
• INFUSED WITH BANANA PEEL: This flavoured rum begins with a Caribbean rum base, originally used to season whisky casks, before being blended with banana peel extract, unlocking rich toffee notes and a naturally sweet, fruity depth.
• BANANA BREAD INSPIRED: The nose bursts with banana bread, treacle and butterscotch, before flowing into banoffee pie, sticky toffee pudding and milk chocolate raisins on the palate, rounded off with a warming kick of crystallised ginger.
• SIP NEAT, OR SHAKE IT UP: Enjoy it neat over ice to savour every note, lengthen it with ginger ale for an easy serve, or shake things up with a Banana Peel Daiquiri for a perfectly unexpected rum cocktail.
• PIONEERS OF ZERO WASTE: Discarded Spirits Co. sees beauty where others see waste, turning discarded ingredients into bold, award‑winning spirits. Driven by purpose and creativity, we exist to rethink waste and inspire progress, one bottle at a time.
