DRY SHERRY: A classic, smooth, elegant and full-bodied medium dry sherry wine with woody and nutty flavours; a complete and balanced Spanish Sherry wine born in Jerez.
IDEAL SERVED CHILLED: ideal enjoyed lightly chilled at about 10–11ºC and makes a great accompaniment to spicy seafood or soups.
IDEAL SERVED WITH: Delicious when served alongside Serrano ham, chorizo, spicy dishes, shellfish, soups as well as a variety of curries.
ON THE PALATE: Amber to light mahogany colour with slightly pungent, fine wood and hazelnut aromas; lightly sweet, smooth, elegant, full bodied and round on the palate.
