• Distilled in Chiba, east of Tokyo, Japan
• Ukiyo Japanese Gins are made in Tokyo from a base of locally-grown rice, a celebration of Japan’s most recognised harvest
• The distilling process involves a careful selection of botanicals, sourced from all over Japan including juniper berries, coriander, and angelica root, as well as more unique Japanese ingredients – yuzu, Sansho pepper, mikan peel and sakura (cherry blossom)
