• TASTING NOTE: Mediterranean notes of savoury ratatouille and sundried tomato are balanced by blueberries, exotic red fruit, perfumed cranberry and fresh pomegranate. A delightfully complex blend of savoury green olives, pepperoni and a hint of liquorice. Soft blue fruit to the fore with textured tannins providing grip
• VINIFICATION: Matured for eight months in French oak (10% new wood) and American oak hogsheads
• ENJOY AT HOME: Perfect paired with stewed meat and poultry with tomatoes, think beef ragout in red wine sauce, Basque chicken or veal roulade
